Quote/Estimate

Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Provide us with boat and product details.

Dolphin aim to prepare and send your quote within three working days.*

Ready To Order

Once you are ready to place your order, just let us know.

You will be sent an Order Acknowledgement via email detailing your order and requesting a deposit payment (usually 50%) of the total value.

When the deposit is received we will contact you to arrange a site visit. 

Measuring & Designing

The next phase is measuring for your order. We employ a variety of methods.

We may be able to produce your order from our huge library CAD or plastic designs.

If this route is not available we will create a CAD design from digital measurements taken on site.

The information is then handed to our design team who aided by other highly skilled team members such as machinists and fitters will produce an amazing design ready for laser cutting.

Manufacturing

Once the design has been approved by you, we will then move ahead with laser cutting and sewing all the components together. 

You will be notified throughout each stage of the process.

At this stage you will be sent a final invoice for the outstanding amount.

Fitting

You will also be contacted to arrange a mutually agreeable date(s) to carry out what is often the first and final fit.

Occasionally as with all bespoke products, and to ensure our target of customer 100% satisfaction, we may need make some alterations/improvements meaning they may require a return to the loft. 

After Sales Care

We at Dolphin believe that it is vital to maintain our customer relationships.

To aid this we include a number of instruction tools, such as care and maintenance, fitting and removing, repair and storage plus a customer feedback form, to help us understand areas that we excelled in and other areas that need improvement.
