Tecsew Begins an Exciting New Chapter
We are pleased to announce that Matthew and Kate Vincent, owners of Dolphin Sails, have acquired the Tecsew brand, website, CAD design portfolio, intellectual property and selected physical assets.
Dolphin Sails is widely respected within the marine industry for its craftsmanship and expertise, and we are delighted that the Tecsew brand will now continue under their stewardship as part of the Dolphin Sails family.
Founded in 1981 by John Bland, Tecsew has built a strong reputation for innovative marine canvas design and precision CAD pattern development used by boat owners across the UK and beyond.
John and Ally Bland are extremely pleased to see Tecsew continue with Matthew and Kate Vincent, and will continue to work with Dolphin Sails to support the transition and future development of the brand.
We look forward with great confidence to seeing Tecsew thrive under Dolphin’s leadership, with a very bright and exciting future ahead.
It has been an exciting few weeks since the acquisition of the Tecsew brand by Dolphin Sails and we have been thrilled to have been able to start trading from our Harwich office, with Tecsew covers already beginning to arrive with customers ready for the season ahead.
We are now delighted to be able to announce that the new South Coast Dolphin team will be re-opening operations in the existing Deadelus Park building where Tecsew used to operate from. Opening to members of the public from 5th May. Tecsew customers will be able to continue receiving the same established Tecsew product from the existing Tecsew premises.
Alongside lofts in Harwich and Mersea, Dolphin now has a strong presence along the East and South Coasts offering customers from all over the world a range of products from racing or cruising sails to a wide range of Marine, garden or even non-marine covers.
